    Description of Use:

    1. Apply a small amount of MS-4000 to a clean cloth (do not saturate)
    2. Place cloth on skin and wipe gently across area to be cleaned
    3. Follow-up with a clean, dry cloth over wetted area
    4. Skin surface is now ready for drape adhesion
